  • All bids are considered an offer to purchase and cannot be reduced or withdrawn.
  • Financing will be offered for the Widtsoe and Silvan properties at a variable interest rate of prime plus 2.5% or 7.5%, whichever is greater. The 10% deposit amount and closing costs must be paid at the close of the auction. The remaining balance can be financed for up to a 20 year term with annual payments. No financing will be offered on the Montezuma Creek Mesa property.
