The Kit Carson Solar I Project is in late-stage development and features a 30 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) system and a 60 MW / 180 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). The project area encompasses 400 acres within the Eastern Colorado Energy Center, located in Kit Carson County, Colorado.
