Disclosures
- Please see the disclosure summary and the certificate of sale template documents for general disclosures which apply to all parcels being offered for sale at this auction.
- All mineral rights will be reserved.
- The sand and gravel on the parcel will be subject to a royalty provision if sold commercially.
- The Division of Emergency Management has submitted the following comment: "After review, it was determined that the development would not require a floodplain development permit. Although a floodplain development permit is not required, designing structures or other developments by being reasonably safe from flooding is a best practice. Low risk doesn’t mean no risk. Reasonably safe from flooding:
- - Elevate the structure on fill
- - Build-up, instead of below (no basement); here is the link to the National Flood Insurance Technical bulletins that provide guidance for building safely in a floodplain: https://www.fema.gov/emergency-managers/risk-management/buildingscience/

- The property will be conveyed subject to all valid existing rights.
